Can't access your HarmonySite? (e.g. connection timed out, can't be reached)

Are you unable to access your HarmonySite? If what you're seeing is:

  1. Your browser gets stuck for about 20 seconds doing nothing.
  2. Then, you get an error like "the connection timed out" or "the site can't be reached".


Then the problem is most likely that your IP address has been blocked in the server's firewall.


(If you're seeing some OTHER behaviour, it's likely a different problem – please contact us at support@harmonysite.com)


To fix this and unblock your IP address:

  1. Using the device/computer which is giving you the error, click this link: IP Unblock Page.
  2. Scroll down the page and fill in Your name and The name of your group/chapter/club/choir/band.
  3. Click the Unblock button.
